Mid-planning start: you’ve already done the major vendor bookings; we step in to streamline & finalize.

Design guidance and décor sourcing support.
Two on-site planning meetings + two virtual meetings leading into the final six weeks.
Full day-of coordination.

PACKAGE C: Day-Of Coordination

Begins approximately three months before the wedding.

Full coordination on the wedding day: manage flow, timeline cues, vendor check-ins, guest logistics.

PACKAGE D: Design & Execution
Investment: Starting at $960 + décor rental & labor fees

Creative design consultation: concept development based on your vision and brand.
Décor sourcing and procurement: signage, rentals, lighting, bespoke touches.
Coordination of décor installation and breakdown (labor included).

PACKAGE E: Event Management / Morning-Of Support
